OK... maybe there is no Ranger class scale model in the works... But it'd be pretty cool! I totally confess to copping Ptrope's neat idea on this one: [link] You da man, G.E.! Anyway... hope you all enjoy the fantasy of the fantasy, here....

Ranger model by Drell-7 with cheerleading my lil' old me.

Want one! Tho probably wouldn't be too hard to scratch-build. The right tupperware container could serve as a base for the saucer.

lol... I was also thinking (boy, I'm sure giving you a lot of work to do, ain't I? : ) that you could do Next Generation covers like the old Bantam covers. Star Trek TNG 1 and so on.... You could have covers with the Enterprise C and the Crystalline Entity and Romulan Warbirds and The Borg and.... : )

One of my older brothers bought STARLOG very nearly from its beginning, and when he grew out of it, I bought it 'til just before I graduated high school. Haven't read a copy in years -- do they still publish it?

Nope. I forget when it went out. Something like late 80's I think. I was buying it from issue #1 :)

I thought it was actually a model!

Tell you this mind would make a good one!

Also...its like a trek story too...was the Ranger a model? Or stranded in a wierd dimesion where it became a toy....

Hell even a copy of Starlog! WOW!

Sounds like the kind of stories I'd think of as a kid when I flew my AMT Enterprise around the house! ;)
