Parting the Veil

In the years following the Romulan War and the formation of the UFP, the small Daedalus class ships formed the backbone of Starfleet’s exploratory force. These vessels probed far beyond the boundaries of explored space on multi-year missions.

Pictured here, the U.S.S. Archon transfers supplies and crew members from the Starfleet cruiser, U.S.S. Protector (shown here in its post war UFP scheme). Little did anyone suspect that this would be a one way trip into the void, resulting in a disappearance that would go unexplained for the better part of a century.
