Star Trek Seekers 2 - formatted by RobCaswell Star Trek Seekers 2 - formatted by RobCaswell
Here's my finished, formatted cover for Dayton Ward and Kevin Dilmore's "Seekers 2: Point of Divergence" (due out Aug. 2014). The Constitution class model is by Georg Angelakis (Aggi) and the Klingon D-7 by David Metlesits. My hat's off to you guys! A spiritual thank you to Lou Feck. Composed in DAZ Studio 3, finished in Photoshop.

Once the book is published I'll upload a larger version of the art w/o text formatting.

Wow; very nice artwork.   It definitely has that late '60s vibe of the original show as well as the first Star trek novels.   Congrats on your artwork getting published.

Beautiful, like how the background has a dense handpainted feel.

Thanks! That was the goal - to try and evoke that "Lou Feck" feel, if just a tiny bit.
